How do I request a private flight?
Open the app, enter your departure, destination, date and number of passengers, then tap Search — or send a charter request. Our concierge comes back to you with tailored options and pricing from verified operators.
What are “empty legs”?
Empty legs are repositioning flights an aircraft flies with no passengers. Booking one lets you access private aviation at a significantly reduced price. New empty legs appear continuously and often sell within hours — members are notified first.
How do payments work? Is it secure?
Once you confirm a flight, you receive a secure payment link. Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant providers. You only pay once your itinerary is confirmed with the operator.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Contact us as soon as possible at
contact@alitechsagency.com with your request reference. Change and cancellation conditions depend on the operator and the fare; our team will walk you through the available options.
How does membership work?
Aevia offers three tiers — Explorer (free), Private (€290/mo) and Elite (on request). Paid members get early access to empty legs, real-time route alerts and priority 24/7 concierge. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time by emailing our team.

No. Aevia is a marketplace that connects clients with verified third-party aircraft operators. All flights are operated by licensed air carriers.
