Privacy Policy

Aevia (“we”, “us”) operates the Aevia private-aviation marketplace, available on the web and as a mobile app. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it simple and we do not sell your data.

Data we collect

• Flight requests: the route, date, number of passengers, and the name, email and/or phone you provide when you request a flight or reserve an empty leg — so our concierge can contact you and arrange your flight.
• Route alerts: the routes you choose to watch, and an email address only if you opt in to be notified.
• On-device data: your saved flights, alerts and recent requests are stored locally on your device (browser/app storage) for your convenience. You can clear them at any time.
• Payments: secure deposits are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your requests, arrange flights with operators, send the alerts you asked for, and process deposits. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Sharing

Aevia connects you with verified third-party aircraft operators. To arrange a flight, relevant details (route, date, passengers, contact) may be shared with the operator concerned and with our payment provider (Stripe). We use email delivery (Resend) to contact you. That is all.

Retention

We keep flight requests only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete them. On-device data stays on your device until you remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@alitechsagency.com.
